We require a $200 deposit to officially reserve your booth. The balance is due 24 hours before your event and can be paid electronically or with cash. 

Our booth requires a minimum of an 8x8 foot space and must be within a 5-foot distance to a 3 prong outlet. If you chose to add email/text sharing to your package, we will require access to a reliable WiFi connection. If WiFi cannot be provided, then we can utilize our own WiFi hotspot (this will be dependant on signal strength).

We understand changes in scheduling can occur. If you need to postpone your event to a later date, we'll apply all payments to your new date for no additional charge if the date is available. Please inform us of the date change within at least 24 hours of your event. 

Yes. If outside, the photo booth needs to be set up on the concrete, gravel, or dry grass. If the ground is wet, we"ll need to find a new location for the booth. We also ask to make sure the setup area is within 5 feet of a 3 prong outlet.

There's no travel fee as long as you're within our servicing areas which includes the majority of the Central Valley. If you're planning an event outside of this area and would like to hire Oh Snap Photo Booths please call for pricing & availability at 559-974-3792.

Yes! Oh Snap's trained booth attendant will arrive 1-2 hours before the start time of your reservation to begin setup. Attendants stay near the booth throughout the event assisting guests with printing, emailing, scrapbooking, etc.

At the moment, due to COVID concerns, props will not be provided. Clients are more than welcome to provide their own props if they wish to do so. 

Traditional 2x6 prints or larger 4x6 prints are available. Guest have access to unlimited photo sessions. Each session will provide 2-6 physical prints.  

Yes. Digital copies of the original photos will be sent to the email provided during your booking. A shareable link is provided to download/share the photos with your guests! The link is only active for 45 days. Please download all your photos before the expiration date. We will not be able to recover any photos.
